言葉だけ共通にしたって意味ない。
国によって社会通念が違う。
そのことを理解しなければ全くの無駄。

たとえばシンドラーのエレベーター事故。
欧米だと「原因を調査してから謝罪するのが筋、
調べもしないで謝罪とは無責任だ。」となるが、
日本は全く逆で「とりあえず謝れ。」
そのことを理解せずにシンドラーは欧米式の会見を行って、
大顰蹙を買った。
